3. Staff & Volunteer Code of Conduct
All SFBK staff, campus ambassadors, and volunteers are required to complete safeguarding training before engaging with students at any distribution point. Breaches of this code result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
4. Student Dignity Guarantee
No student receiving food assistance shall be publicly identified, photographed, or named without their explicit written consent. All food parcels are distributed in plain, unmarked packaging to protect student dignity.
